An aching head and aching neck are common effects of numerous conditions. They could be the side effects of over exercising, over exertion, over medicating, diet, the list could go on and on. But what is probably the underlining problem is a misalignment of the vertebra (bones) in the neck and upper back, or in the low back. Alot of times a tight mid to low back with misaligmnents can lead to neck pains with headaches. Basically speaking, a headache is when the head feels highly pressurized, pounding, congested, or pain on the top or sides of the head that might radiate into the neck and upper back. A headache is a common symptom of thousands of conditions both serious and moderate. Though, paired with back pain, another common symptom, it can lead to some more difficult problems. One of the most common conditions when these two conditions are impaired is arthritis, though this normally occurs during the later years of life. This is when the joints become inflamed and it is difficult moving the joints and it could be hereditary. This condition can also have alot to do with diet throughout your life. But because it is only common among the mid to older generation, it is not the usual diagnosis for the younger people.

There might be a feeling of numbness in your fingers, entire hands, forearms, or arms. This is condition would be a neurological. Once the diagnosis is made they will decide the line of care or refer you to someone they believe would better help your needs.
